Building Inspections

To schedule an inspection, email your request to:  inspections@waxhaw.com. Inspection requests received prior to 4:00 pm will be scheduled the next business day. Any request submitted after 4:00 pm will be scheduled for the 2nd business day. You can also request an inspection for a specific date. 

Scheduling is not a guarantee of inspection, but every effort is made to respect the scheduled inspection date.

All cancellations must be made in a timely manner or there is a risk of a re-inspection fee.
