The Waxhaw Senior Citizens Christmas Party is for seniors 60 and older.  The festivities will include fun, food and surprises and is free to all Waxhaw seniors. For this invitation, we have expanded the invitation outside the Waxhaw town limits in an effort to include our Parkwood, Waxhaw Elementary, Western Union Elementary school and JAARS families.  The boundaries are as follows: Bonds Grove Church Road/Cuthbertson Road on the north, Rehobeth Road/Walkup Road on the west, Waxhaw Indian Trail Road/McNeeley Road/State Roads 1007 and 522 on the east, NC/SC state line on the south to include the Cane Creek Park area.  The party is complimentary for all residents living inside these boundaries.  All non-residents are welcome for a nominal $10 fee to cover the meal cost. 

We are requiring reservations so we can plan accordingly for the appropriate amount of food and gifts for our seniors. To assist you in registering we have included the following registration information.

To make a reservation: 
1. Go to waxhaw.recdesk.com
2. Create a profile with username and password
3. If there is more than one in your household, you can click on the green Add Household Member button
on the left of the screen to add your spouse and any other members of your household.
4. Choose Events & Programs and from the drop-down list choose Senior
5. Click the Register Now button next to SCCP – Senior Christmas Party
6 Select the Member you wish to register.  You can only register one family member at a time.
7. Select Fee Type. Resident $0.00, Non-Resident $10.00
8. Select Add New Registration if you need to add additional family members or Select Go To Checkout
9. Accept the Waiver
10. If payment is due, make payment or select Continue to complete the registration process.
